2021 Bike Shortage
Due to the global pandemic situation, bikes and bike parts are becoming increasingly harder to get. The bicycle industry has never experienced such a demand and it's very hard to keep up. Because of the increasing demand, manufacturing companies are stressed to the max and are operating 24 hours a day. Becuase of this and many other circumstances, ordering bikes and parts could take up to two years. For example, the average lead time for a full supension bike is about 400 days. Many bike shops will be recieving bikes throughout the year but %99 of bikes are already commited to a customer. We have 30-40 bikes arriving every month.
The quickest way to buy a bike, if you can't find one in store, is to pre-order or get yourself on a waitlist. If you would like to inquire about getting added to our waitlist, we ask you go to trekbikes.com or norco.com and choose which bike you want. After you see the bike you like, you will need to come into our store and leave a $50 fully refundable deposit so we can secure the bike for you and add you to the waitlist. An employee will further explain the ETA date to you at this time. Please note that ETA's are estimates and not confirmed dates.
Once you have confirmed your spot on the waitlist, please wait patiently for a call. We will inform you once your bike has been assembled.
Thank you for your continued support and patience.
