Weirdest Cycling Experience: Riding a penny farthing from Vancouver City Hall to Beacon Hill Park in Victoria via the Tsawwassen ferry.

What Everyone Should Know: "Come in and tell us what you want in a bike and we'll do our best to meet your needs."

Wayne bought the store in December of 2002. He is crazy about doing whatever it takes to meet the needs of every customer. If he could sum up his experience as an owner in one word it would be--satisfaction.

Rob, owner of Bicycle Fit Works, has more than 28 years experience in the industry. His credentials include: Fit Kit Levels 1-3, Trek University Levels 1 & 2, Bike Fit Level Green, Serotta Personal and Advanced, FIST Fit Accreditation, John Cobb Fit, Retul University (2nd year), Guru University, and Waterford Fitmaster Basic.

He owns the only Guru Dynamic Fit Unit in British Columbia. He has been at South Shore since it opened in 2003 and loves interacting with staff and customers.

MECH1230 Winterborne Professional Bicycle Mechanic,  Trek World Wisconsin,  Trek University Levels 1 & 2,  Park Tool Summit San José,  Sram Technical University Colorado,  Trek 10-STEP Road Fit,  Park Tool Summit Atlanta and many local workshops.

Guy has been at South Shore since the summer of 2007. He manages the service centre where he is passionate about delivering quality service and repairs.

Donna has been helping customers at South Shore for four years. She has fun sharing her wisdom on multi-day road touring and off-road touring.
